Specializing in consumer recipe research and development, Jenny has been with Nestlé USA for more than 20 years. She’s our Chief Cookie Officer! Her passion for people and laughter – not to mention her great love for food – has gained her access to kitchens around the world and keeps her at the forefront of ever-changing consumer trends. An educator at heart, Jenny enjoys passing baking traditions on to new generations of bakers, especially her daughter.

Liz is Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), a foodie at heart and loves working with Nestlé Kitchens. Her experience living and traveling all over the US and Europe influenced her to become a life-long food & wine student. Liz specializes in online media and communications, but spends all her free time having new culinary and oenophilic adventures.

Nick is the Nestlé Kitchens resident Bachelor in the Kitchen. New to cooking, he leans on the rest of the Nestlé Kitchens team for tips, tricks, and recipe ideas. Cooking for one person can often be a challenge so finding the right dish is imperative. Nick is more of a food lover than a food expert.

Natalie SamargeNatalie Samarge

Natalie was born into a food family. Her father was a French-born gourmet chef and her mother a Peruvian-born at home cook. Traveling to visit family in both countries only strengthened her love of food and culture. Natalie is fluent in both French and Spanish and maintains her strong connection to her Latina heritage visiting Peru every year. As a working mother her food focus is on simple and easy to prepare meals. Her work in the Nestle Test Kitchen allows her to create and develop recipes for busy parents who want to serve their family healthy meals made with love.x
